Satalyst earns its third Azure Advanced Specialisation in Microsoft Security

Azure Advanced Specialisations in Microsoft Security solutions

This month, Satalyst earned the Azure Cloud Security advanced specialisation. This achievement is a validation of Satalyst’s deep knowledge, extensive experience, and proven success in designing, implementing, operating, and optimising Microsoft Security solutions for Australian businesses.

Satalyst is one of the first Australian Microsoft partners to achieve three Security Advanced Specialisations:

  1. Advanced Specialisation in Microsoft Cloud Security confirms a partner’s deep technical knowledge, proven experience, and technical capabilities related to Microsoft cloud security products and ability to offer Azure, hybrid, and multi-cloud security solutions.
  2. Advanced Specialisation in Microsoft Threat Protection validates technical capabilities in partnering with customers to deploy Microsoft 365 or Azure Defender, Microsoft Cloud App Security, or Azure Sentinel workloads.
  3. Advanced Specialisation in Microsoft Identity and Access Management validates technical capabilities in partnering with customers to evaluate and deliver Microsoft Identity workloads with Azure Active Directory.

Only Microsoft partners with an active Gold Security competency are eligible to pursue Security Advanced Specialisations. The requirements are rigorous and externally validated. The explicit performance criteria include passing exams and maintaining certifications, and Satalyst providing audited and verified customer evidence of real-life application and successful deployments of Microsoft Security solutions.

The Advanced Specialisations are a valuable extension to Satalyst’s existing gold-level cloud and security competencies from Microsoft. The specialisations allow Satalyst to unlock Microsoft programs and funding to support the digital transformation journeys of our clients.
